INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES
In line with our Refund & Returns Policy, any orders that are unclaimed, returned to us, or lost due to an incorrect address are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect delivery address, unclaimed deliveries or returned to sender are for the customer’s account.
Any returned items are only kept for 14 days before being recycled.
